Unforgettable Moments Are Created...Elevate Your Tequila
In the heart of Jalisco's Los Altos region, where the sun-kissed highlands stretch as far as the eye can see, lies a treasure like no other - our 100% Blue Agave. Hand-selected and harvested at the perfect moment of ripeness, these agaves are nurtured by the remarkably rich soil that is unique to this area. As the golden rays of the sun caress the land, the agaves soak up all the goodness from the earth, resulting in a subtly sweet and fruity flavor that is truly unparalleled.
Our Agave undergoes a meticulous slow roasting process to transform starches into sugars and eventually into alcohol, creating what we refer to as "honey water". The residual fruit fibers are meticulously sprayed with water to eliminate any residual sugars. These fibers are not wasted but repurposed as a natural fertilizer for our agave fields, complete with essential nutrients for healthy growth. This sustainable practice ensures that no part of the agave plant goes to waste, highlighting our commitment to environmental responsibility and the circle of regeneration in our production process.
The leftover fruit fibers are sprayed with water to remove any
remaining sugars, then the fibers are used as a fertilizer for the
agave fields.
In our production process, we meticulously add yeast to initiate fermentation, kickstarting the alcohol production journey. Following this, we carefully distill the liquid to eliminate any impurities found in the initial and final stages of the juice, known as the "heads and tails." This meticulous distillation process is repeated three times, guaranteeing that the final product is not only smooth but also rich in complexity. These steps are crucial in ensuring that our distilled juice delivers a high-quality and refined taste that our customers can truly savor.
