Meaning “Old or vintage” in Spanish 1-3yrs old. More robust in flavor with notes of vanilla cinnamon butterscotch and floral notes at the finish

Meaning (rested over 3+ yrs.) Smooth velvety juice with flavors of caramel cinnamon honey chocolate black pepper and vanilla with a slight smokiness

Añejo or Reposado that’s been filtered to remove the tannins producing a crystal clear color with the flavor complexity of more aged tequilas

Meaning - Aged 1mo – 4yrs. The underground roasting process produces an intense smoky flavor
