Maxwell Park Tequila is intended for adults 21 years of age or older. By placing an order, you confirm that you are at least 21 years old. A valid government-issued photo ID and adult signature (21+) are required upon delivery. Orders cannot be left unattended or delivered to individuals under the legal drinking age.

Shipping Availability
Due to state and local alcohol regulations, we are only able to ship to select states where permitted by law. Shipping availability may change without notice based on applicable regulations.

Order Processing
Orders are typically processed within 1–3 business days. Orders placed on weekends or holidays will begin processing on the next business day.

Delivery Times
Once shipped, delivery times vary based on destination and carrier. While we strive to meet estimated delivery windows, shipping delays caused by weather, carrier issues, or other unforeseen circumstances are beyond our control.

Failed Delivery Attempts
If delivery cannot be completed because no eligible adult is available to sign, additional delivery attempts may be made by the carrier. Orders returned due to unsuccessful delivery attempts may be subject to return shipping fees and restocking charges where permitted by law.

Damaged or Incorrect Orders
If your order arrives damaged or you receive the wrong product, please contact our customer support team within 48 hours of delivery. Include your order number and photos of the package and product so we can resolve the issue promptly.

Returns
Because alcoholic beverages are perishable and regulated products, we generally cannot accept returns or exchanges once an order has been shipped, except in cases where the product was damaged during transit or the incorrect item was received.
